This 3-ingredient salsa chicken is made with simple ingredients and could not be any easier to put together. Your favorite salsa and a splash of orange juice are all it takes to make this sweet and tangy recipe!

PREP TIME: 5 MINS COOK TIME: 6 HRS TOTAL TIME: 6 HRS, 5 MINS

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless chicken thighs

  • 2 cups of your favorite salsa

  • 1/3 cup orange juice

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to the slow cooker and stir to combine.

  2. Cook on LOW for 6 hours or HIGH for 3 hours.

  3. Shred the chicken and serve over rice.
