Fresh seafood is the best and this easy basic seafood seasoning gives everything an extra kick! This seasoning mix leans on savory celery salt and an aromatic blend of garlic, ginger, paprika, and turmeric to start. It's great on any seafood - try it on fresh fish like salmon and halibut, or shellfish, like scallops and crab.

If you've ever had Vietnamese food, you've probably caught a glimpse of this colorful condiment. These crunchy pickled vegetables are best known as an addition to banh mi (Vietnamese sandwiches), but they're a tasty snack all on their own and they also go well with spring rolls, vermicelli dishes, savory crepes...the list goes on!
If you like seasoning your Asian dishes with the typical Vietnamese condiment called nuoc mam, but find it too strong for your taste or simply if you're a vegetarian, this dipping sauce is for you.
