Slow Cooked Bacon, Beef, and Veggie Stew
Cozy up to this slow cooked bacon, beef, and veggie stew any day of the week. It’s full of rich, bacon flavor and nutritious veggies. My favorite part is how tender the beef is. You can eat it all by itself, or serve it with some bread for dipping.

Ingredients
- 1/2 pound bacon
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-2 pounds stew meat
- 1 small cabbage, shredded
- 4 carrots, peeled and chopped
- 1 sprig thyme
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 1 cup beef broth
- Parsley, to garnish
Instructions
Add all ingredients, except parsley, to slow cooker in order.
Cook on LOW for 8 hours.
Garnish with parsley.
Serve.
