Chris's Beef Meatloaf
Chris and I had a meatloaf bake-off (versus each other) and now I get to share with you guys the fruits of our labor! If you’re looking for a meatloaf that’s juicy, yet doesn’t crumble when sliced, look no further because Chris has got you covered. This recipe is quick to prepare, tender, and oozing with flavor. PREP TIME: 10 MINS COOK TIME: 45 MINS TOTAL TIME: 55 MINS
Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
Salt and pepper, to taste
3 ounces tomato paste
1/3 cup ketchup
1/2 teaspoon dried minced garlic
A pinch of oregano
A heavy splash of Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup bread crumbs
1 egg
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350° F.
In a large bowl, add all ingredients and mix until evenly combined. Place in a 5x9 loaf pan.
Bake for 45 minutes.
