Creamy Slow Cooker Kielbasa and Potatoes
It doesn't get any more fuss-free than this. This is the most hearty, mouthwatering, creamy slow cooker kielbasa and potatoes ever! All you need are 5 ingredients and 10 minutes of hands-on prep time and your slow cooker will take care of the rest! While I like to serve this delicious dish over a bed of arugula and spinach, it's chock full of savory goodness all on its own and can be served as a main dish or as an appetizer.

Ingredients
3 large russet potatoes, diced into 1/2 inch cubes
12 ounce kielbasa, sliced into 1/4 inch slices
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
10 and 1/2 ounces cream of celery soup
1 (1 ounce) packet dry ranch dressing mix
Instructions
Add potatoes and kielbasa to the slow cooker.
In a small bowl, blend the cream cheese, soup, and dressing mix. Add to slow cooker. Stir to combine.
Cook on LOW for 8 hours.
