These crispy baked teriyaki wings hit the sweet, salty, sticky spot—without ever touching the fryer. They’re oven-baked to golden perfection, then tossed in a glossy teriyaki sauce that clings to every bite. Perfect for game day, gatherings, or just when the craving hits. Serve with sesame seeds, green onions, and extra napkins.

Ingredients

  • 20 wings
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder
  • Teriyaki sauce
  • Sesame seeds, to garnish
  • 1 scallion, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.

  2. Pat wings dry with a paper towel. (This step is important if you want crispy wings!)

  3. Lightly season the wings with salt and pepper to taste.

  4. In a large container, add the wings, flour, and baking powder. Shake well until wings are evenly coated.

  5. Line a large baking pan with parchment paper.

  6. Place wings on parchment paper, leaving space between them.

  7. Bake for an hour on the middle rack, flipping the wings halfway.

  8. Once wings are done baking, toss in sauce.

  9. Garnish with sesame seeds and scallions.

  10. Enjoy!
