Juicy Chicken Marinade
Looking for a way to make chicken breasts the star of your meal? This marinade is your answer. Chicken breasts are notorious for drying out, but this marinade solves that with a combination of olive oil and fresh citrus juices that keep the meat juicy and tender. The steak sauce adds a savory depth, while the smoked paprika and everything bagel seasoning give it an irresistible flavor boost.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken breast
For the marinade
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1/2 large lemon, juiced
- 1 tablespoon steak sauce
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon everything bagel seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine all marinade ingredients.
Place chicken in a resealable bag.
Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring it’s fully coated. Remove as much air from the bag as possible before sealing.
Marinate the chicken in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, up to 8 hours. Turn the chicken halfway through to ensure even absorption of the marinade.
Let the chicken sit at room temperature for 20-30 minutes before cooking.
Grill, bake, or pan-sear the chicken until it reaches 165°F.
Boil any leftover marinade for 5-7 minutes to use as sauce.
