They’re perfectly crispy and crunchy on the outside, fall-off-bone on the inside and full of melt-in-your-mouth goodness. They’re tossed with fish sauce (a staple Vietnamese seasoning ingredient), sweet chili sauce, garlic, sugar, and a hint of lime - a mouthwatering blend of savory, sweet, and citrusy.

Ingredients
- 20 wings
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
For the sauce:
- 4 tablespoons fish sauce
- 4 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 slice of lime
- Cilantro, to garnish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450° F.
Pat wings dry with a paper towel. (This step is important if you want crispy wings!)
Lightly season the wings with salt and pepper to taste.
In a large container, add the wings, flour, and baking powder. Shake well until wings are evenly coated.
Line a large baking pan with parchment paper.
Place wings on parchment paper, leaving space between them.
Bake for an hour on the middle rack, flipping the wings halfway.
To make the sauce, in a small bowl, combine the sauce ingredients.
Once wings are done baking, toss in sauce.
Garnish with cilantro.
Use any remaining sauce for dipping.
