Pesto Eggs

Ingredients
- 1-2 tablespoons pesto (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 eggs
Instructions
In a small nonstick skillet over medium heat, add 1–2 tablespoons of pesto. Let it warm up and sizzle for about 30 seconds.
Crack the eggs directly onto the pesto. Lower heat. Cook to your liking. The pesto will crisp around the edges and infuse the eggs with flavor.
Serve with toast and your favorite toppings.
