Sautéed Teriyaki Zucchini

This simple sautéed teriyaki zucchini comes together in under 10 minutes with just a few ingredients. The zucchini gets perfectly tender with a little bite, and the glossy Kikkoman Teriyaki Baste & Glaze brings that umami punch. Perfect for summer dinners or whenever you want a quick, flavorful veggie on the table!

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1 large zucchini, halved and sliced into 1/2 inch slices
  • 1/4 cup Kikkoman Teriyaki Baste & Glaze, or your favorite teriyaki sauce

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.

  2. Add zucchini slices and sauté until lightly browned, about 4–5 minutes.

  3. Stir in teriyaki sauce. Cook until sauce thickens and coats zucchini, about 3 minutes.

  4. Enjoy!
