Deconstructed tuna melt + pasta = a quick and tasty dinner! This dish is inspired by tuna melts and is made with garlic aioli mayo, celery, radishes, parsley, mozzarella, parsley, and apple cider vinegar.

PREP TIME: 5 MINS COOK TIME: 20 MINS TOTAL TIME: 25 MINS

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces penne pasta

  • 1 (12 ounce) can tuna

  • 4 tablespoons garlic aioli mayo

  • 4 stalks celery, finely chopped

  • 2 radishes, finely chopped

  • 2 tablespoon parsley, chopped

  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

  • Salt, to taste

  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and return to pot, turning heat to medium low.

  2. Add tuna, garlic aioli mayo, celery, radishes, parsley, mozzarella, and apple cider vinegar and stir until everything is warmed and the cheese is melted, about 2 minutes.

  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Serve!
