Chili Crisp Pizza Bagel

Chili crisp pizza bagels - why choose between pizza and breakfast when you can have both?

SERVES: 2
PREP TIME: 10 MINS COOK TIME: 5 MINS TOTAL TIME: 15 MINS

Ingredients

  • 1 bagel, halved
  • 8 tablespoons marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella, or more for extra cheesiness
  • Chili crisp

Instructions

  1. Toast bagel to desired doneness.

  2. For each half of the bagel, top with 4 tablespoons marinara sauce, 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning, and 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella.

  3. Broil for 2-4 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and golden. Make sure to check every 1-2 minutes as this happens very quickly!

  4. Top with chili crisp.

  5. Enjoy!
