Creamy Cajun Chicken and Kielbasa Gnocchi

Ingredients
- 16 ounces gnocchi
- 1 chicken breast, diced
- Cajun seasoning, to taste
- Italian seasoning, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 6 ounces kielbasa
For the sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Instructions
Cook gnocchi according to package directions. Set aside.
Generously season chicken with Cajun seasoning, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
In a large skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Add chicken. Cook until done. Set aside.
In the same pan, add kielbasa. Cook until browned on both sides. Set aside.
To make the sauce, melt 1 tablespoon butter. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
Add chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, and milk. Bring to a simmer. Add Cajun seasoning, paprika, and garlic powder.
Slowly whisk in Parmesan.
Make a cornstarch slurry by combining cornstarch and 2 tablespoons of the sauce into a small bowl. Slowly whisk into the pan to thicken the sauce.
Add cooked gnocchi and stir to combine. Add chicken and kielbasa and stir to combine.
Divide into bowls and enjoy!
