Easy Panko and Herb Crusted Tilapia
This yummy Panko and herb crusted tilapia is nicely seasoned with a quick and easy coating of Panko bread crumbs and some basic herbs and spices. It’s perfectly savory, incredibly flaky, juicy on the inside and delicately crispy on the outside.

Ingredients
1/2 cup plain Panko bread crumbs
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon dried chives
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon dried dill
1 teaspoon garlic powder
4 tilapia filets
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Instructions
In a shallow bowl, mix the Panko, parsley, chives, thyme, dill, and garlic powder.
Pat tilapia dry with paper towel and brush with olive oil.
Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Coat tilapia in bread crumb mixture.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place tilapia on the parchment paper.
Broil for 15 minutes, or until tilapia is golden and flakes easily with a fork.
