Grilled Cheese
An ooey gooey grilled cheese. Don't forget the tomato soup!

Ingredients
- Butter
- 4 slices sourdough
- 2 slices mozzarella
- 2 slices cheddar
Instructions
Lightly butter one side of each slice of sourdough.
Heat a large pan over medium-low heat. Place two slices of sourdough into the pan, buttered side down.
Top each slice of sourdough with a slice each of mozzarella and cheddar.
Top each slice with remaining sourdough slices, buttered side up.
Cover and cook on low heat for about 5 minutes. Flip when the bottoms become golden.
Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
