Grilled Cheese

Grilled Cheese

An ooey gooey grilled cheese. Don't forget the tomato soup!

SERVES: 4
PREP TIME: 5 MINS COOK TIME: 15 MINS TOTAL TIME: 20 MINS

Ingredients

  • Butter
  • 4 slices sourdough
  • 2 slices mozzarella
  • 2 slices cheddar

Instructions

  1. Lightly butter one side of each slice of sourdough.

  2. Heat a large pan over medium-low heat. Place two slices of sourdough into the pan, buttered side down.

  3. Top each slice of sourdough with a slice each of mozzarella and cheddar.

  4. Top each slice with remaining sourdough slices, buttered side up.

  5. Cover and cook on low heat for about 5 minutes. Flip when the bottoms become golden.

  6. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.

  7. Enjoy!
