Grilled Old Bay Wings

Grilled Old Bay Wings

Wings grilled to crispy, fall-off-the-bone perfection and tossed with iconic Old Bay seasoning.

SERVES: 2-4
PREP TIME: 10 MINS COOK TIME: 15 MINS TOTAL TIME: 20 MINS

Ingredients

  • 20 wings
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder
  • Old Bay seasoning
  • Lemon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to 425° F.

  2. Pat wings dry with a paper towel. (This step is important if you want crispy wings!)

  3. In a large container, add the wings, flour, and baking powder. Shake well until wings are evenly coated.

  4. Oil grill grates and grill for about 15-20 minutes until internal temperature reaches 160° F, flipping every 3-5 minutes to prevent burning.

  5. Toss in a generous amount of Old Bay seasoning.

  6. Enjoy!
