Ingredients
- 2 boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
For the marinade
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons rosemary, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 2 tablespoons spicy harissa
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
Instructions
In a large bowl, add all the marinade ingredients and stir until evenly combined.
Add the chicken and stir to coat.
Marinate for 3 to 6 hours.
Heat a large pan and cook over medium heat until chicken is cooked through, about 10 minutes.
Serve over rice or with your grain of choice.
