Honey Garlic Glazed Salmon
Seared salmon fillets basted with a sweet and savory lemon infused honey, soy sauce, and garlic glaze. This is a must try!

Ingredients
- 4 6-oz salmon fillets, patted dry with a paper towel
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 lemon, sliced into rounds
For the glaze
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together the sauce ingredients.
Season salmon with salt and pepper.
In a medium pan, heat the oil and fry salmon skin side up for about 6 minutes.
Flip the salmon. Add garlic and fry until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add the honey mixture and sliced lemons. Cook until sauce is reduced by a third. Baste salmon with sauce. Enjoy!
