Honey Garlic Glazed Salmon

Seared salmon fillets basted with a sweet and savory lemon infused honey, soy sauce, and garlic glaze. This is a must try!

SERVES: 4
PREP TIME: 5 MINS COOK TIME: 10 MINS TOTAL TIME: 15 MINS

Ingredients

  • 4 6-oz salmon fillets, patted dry with a paper towel
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 lemon, sliced into rounds

For the glaze

  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the sauce ingredients.

  2. Season salmon with salt and pepper.

  3. In a medium pan, heat the oil and fry salmon skin side up for about 6 minutes.

  4. Flip the salmon. Add garlic and fry until fragrant, about 1 minute.

  5. Add the honey mixture and sliced lemons. Cook until sauce is reduced by a third. Baste salmon with sauce. Enjoy!
