Pesto Pasta
Pesto pasta! Al-dente pasta tossed in garden-fresh homemade pesto. It's a simple yet delicious recipe that's perfect for a quick weeknight meal or a light summer dinner.

Ingredients
- 16 ounces pasta
- 2 cups basil
- 1/2 cup pine nuts
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
Instructions
Cook pasta according to package directions. Set aside.
In a food processor, combine the basil, pine nuts, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
Add olive oil and Parmesan. Blend until smooth. Add more olive oil for a smoother pesto.
