Salmon Salad

This simple salmon salad showcases rich salmon chunks mixed with crunchy celery, diced red onion, and fresh herbs generously dressed in a tangy mayonnaise-based sauce. Enjoy it on its own or served over bread.

PREP TIME: 10 MINS COOK TIME: 10 MINS TOTAL TIME: 20 MINS

Ingredients

  • 1 pound salmon filet
  • 1/3 cup celery, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons dill, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Bake salmon at 400°F until it reaches 140 F, about 10-12 minutes.

  2. Use a fork to flake the cooked salmon into a large bowl, discarding any skin.

  3. Add the remaining ingredients and toss until evenly combined. Adjust seasoning if needed. Enjoy on its own or over bread!
