Salmon Salad
This simple salmon salad showcases rich salmon chunks mixed with crunchy celery, diced red onion, and fresh herbs generously dressed in a tangy mayonnaise-based sauce. Enjoy it on its own or served over bread.

Ingredients
- 1 pound salmon filet
- 1/3 cup celery, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- 2 tablespoons dill, chopped
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
Bake salmon at 400°F until it reaches 140 F, about 10-12 minutes.
Use a fork to flake the cooked salmon into a large bowl, discarding any skin.
Add the remaining ingredients and toss until evenly combined. Adjust seasoning if needed. Enjoy on its own or over bread!
