Slow Cooker Flank Steak with Pasta
Good food can take time but this slow cooker flank steak with pasta is definitely worth it in the end. Made with tender, shredded beef, in a rich homemade tomato sauce, this cozy recipe requires just a few minutes of prep and is perfect for a weeknight meal.

Ingredients
6 cloves garlic
1 and 1/2 pounds flank steak, cut against the grain into 4 pieces
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
1 can crushed tomatoes (28 ounces)
1 carrot, diced
1/4 cup beef broth
2 bay leaves
2 sprigs fresh thyme
Instructions
Add all ingredients to slow cooker.
Cook on LOW for 8-10 hours.
Discard bay leaves and thyme. Serve over your favorite pasta.
