Slow Cooker Pork Roast with Carrots and Onion

This pork roast is made with simple ingredients, is perfectly seasoned, and melts in your mouth from being slow cooked all day. The savory gravy on top makes this recipe amazing!

Ingredients

  • 10.5 ounce can cream of chicken soup

  • 10.5 ounce can cream of mushroom soup

  • 1 packet pork gravy mix

  • 1 teaspoon rosemary

  • 3/4 teaspoon oregano

  • 3/4 teaspoon thyme

  • 3/4 teaspoon sage

  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg

  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

  • 3 pounds pork shoulder

  • 1 onion, sliced

  • 2 cups carrots, diced

Instructions

  1. Add the cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, and gravy mix to the slow cooker. Stir until well combined.

  2. In a small bowl, combine the rosemary, oregano, thyme, sage, nutmeg, and pepper.

  3. Pat the pork shoulder dry using paper towels. Season the pork all over with the herb mixture.

  4. Add the pork, onion, and carrots to the slow cooker.

  5. Cook on LOW for 9 hours or HIGH for 5 hours.
