Sriracha Meatloaf
This sriracha meatloaf brings a spicy twist to a classic comfort food! Packed with bold flavors, tender ground meat, and a tangy sriracha glaze, it's the perfect balance of light heat and savory goodness. Whether served with mashed potatoes or tucked into a sandwich, it's a meal that brings heat in the best way.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 3/4 cups Kikkoman Sriracha panko
- 1 medium onion, finely diced
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 2 large eggs
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons freshly chopped parsley
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
For the sauce
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 1 teaspoon sriracha
- 1 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a medium bowl, mix the meatloaf ingredients until just well combined. Be careful not to over mix so you don’t end up with a dense meatloaf.
Place the mixture into a 9x5 loaf pan. Bake uncovered for 40 minutes.
In a small bowl, mix together the sauce ingredients.
Spread the sauce over the meatloaf and return it to the oven. Bake for an additional 20 minutes, or until the meatloaf reaches 160°F degrees.
Let rest for 10 minutes. Slice and enjoy!
