Matcha Covered Strawberries

Matcha Covered Strawberries

Fresh, juicy strawberries meet rich white chocolate infused with matcha for a beautifully balanced treat. The sweetness of the chocolate complements the earthy depth of matcha, creating a perfect harmony of flavors. Each strawberry is dipped to perfection, then finished with a delicate drizzle for an extra touch of elegance. Whether you’re serving these at a gathering or enjoying them as a special snack, they’re as delicious as they are stunning!

Ingredients

  • 14-16 strawberries, rinsed and dried
  • 11 ounces white chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Melt the white chocolate:

    • Induction stovetop: Heat on very low until fully melted, stirring occasionally.

    • Microwave: Use the melt chocolate function if available, or microwave in 15–20 second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.

  3. Add the matcha powder to the melted chocolate and stir until fully incorporated.

  4. Holding a strawberry by its leaves, dip it into the matcha chocolate, ensuring an even coat. Gently shake off any excess.

  5. Place the coated strawberry onto the prepared baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining strawberries.

  6. Transfer the remaining matcha chocolate into a small piping bag or a Ziploc bag with the corner snipped off. Drizzle over the strawberries for a decorative touch.

  7. Let the chocolate set at room temperature until firm.

  8. Enjoy!
