Vietnamese Lemongrass Chicken (Ga Nuong Sa)

One of the easiest and tastiest Vietnamese chicken dishes is this Vietnamese lemongrass chicken. It’s marinated in a tangy blend of soy sauce, fish sauce, garlic, and lemongrass, meaning it’s packed full of fresh, aromatic, delicious flavors. So easy to make and no-fuss! Perfect on its own or on bánh mì.

Ingredients
2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup fish sauce
1 tablespoon sambal oelek
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
1 tablespoon lemongrass
1 tablespoon palm sugar
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a medium container. Refrigerate and let marinate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
Preheat oven to 425 F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place marinated chicken on paper.
Bake for 40 minutes, or until cooked through.
