Baked Tilapia with Ginger and Cilantro

Tilapia cooks so fast, making this dish the perfect palate pleasing last minute meal. The marinade is a fresh and aromatic combination of garlic, ginger, and cilantro and once baked, the tilapia literally melts in your mouth!

Ingredients
1 pound tilapia filets
Salt and pepper, to taste
3 cloves garlic, minced
1-inch ginger, grated
1/3 cup cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup white wine
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 475° F.
Pat the tilapia dry and season with salt and pepper, to taste. Line a baking pan with parchment paper and place tilapia on paper.
In a mini food processor, blend the garlic, ginger, cilantro, wine, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Pour the mixture over tilapia.
Place in oven and bake for about 8 to 10 minutes, or until tilapia flakes easily with a fork.
