Bacon Chicken Alfredo

Here's what you need to make this bacon chicken alfredo: bacon, chicken breasts, linguine, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, mushroom seasoning, and parmesan cheese.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces linguine
  • 2 slices bacon, cut into small pieces
  • 1 chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 jar of your favorite alfredo sauce
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 8 ounces baby spinach
  • 1 teaspoon mushroom seasoning
  • Black pepper
  • Grated parmesan

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.

  2. Cook bacon until crisp. Set aside and remove most of the bacon grease from the pan.

  3. Add chicken and garlic. Cook until chicken is opaque.

  4. Add alfredo sauce, tomatoes, spinach, mushroom seasoning, and pepper. Simmer until spinach is wilted.

  5. Add pasta. Toss until combined. Sprinkle with parmesan and serve.
