Baked Lemon Dill Salmon

Salmon doesn't get any easier than this. Seasoned with lemon juice, dill and garlic, this juicy, tender, baked lemon dill salmon is bursting with tangy, fresh flavor and is a great recipe for spring and summer.

PREP TIME: 10 minutes COOK TIME: 20 minutes TOTAL TIME: 30 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced

  • 3 tablespoons dill

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 1 pound salmon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400° F.

  2. In a small bowl, combine butter, lemon zest, lemon juice, 2 tablespoons dill, and garlic.

  3. Line a baking pan with aluminum foil. Place salmon on foil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Drizzle lemon garlic mixture over the salmon. Sprinkle with remaining dill.

  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until salmon is cooked through and easily flaked with a fork.
