BBQ Chicken Dip

Ingredients
- 2 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1/3 cup corn
- 1/3 cup black beans
- 2 scallions, sliced
- 1/2 cup shredded pepper jack cheese, divided
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- Red onion, diced
- Cilantro, chopped
- Additional BBQ sauce, for drizzling on top
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Lightly grease a baking dish or cast iron skillet.
In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, BBQ sauce, and garlic powder until smooth.
Add in the chicken, corn, beans, scallions, and half the cheese. Stir until evenly combined.
Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake for 15 minutes.
Remove from oven, top with remaining cheese, and bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Top with red onion and cilantro, then drizzle with BBQ sauce.
