Cabbage and Egg Stir Fry (Bắp Cải Xào Trứng)
Sometimes, the best meals are the simplest ones. This cabbage and egg stir-fry is one of those dishes that comes together fast but still delivers on flavor. Paired with fried rice and a drizzle of sriracha, it’s perfect for a quick lunch or dinner when you don’t want to spend too much time in the kitchen.

Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
- 4 cups shredded cabbage
- 1/4 teaspoon mushroom seasoning, or to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon chicken bouillon
- 1 scallion, sliced, to garnish
- 2 servings rice
- Soy sauce
- Sriracha, optional
Instructions
In a medium pan, heat the oil. Add garlic and fry until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add onion, cabbage, mushroom seasoning, and pepper. Cook until softened, stirring occasionally, about 10 minutes.
While the cabbage is cooking, in a small bowl, scramble eggs with bouillon.
Move cabbage to one side of pan. Add eggs to the other side. Cook until almost firm. Stir to combine cabbage and eggs.
Garnish with green onion.
Serve with rice, soy sauce, and sriracha.
