Cajun Salmon Puff Pastry Tart
This Cajun Salmon Puff Pastry Tart is a flaky puff pastry topped with seasoned salmon, melty mozzarella, and a zesty lemon aioli. Fresh cherry tomatoes and arugula add a burst of flavor, while a squeeze of lemon brings everything together.

Ingredients
- 4-6 ounces salmon, cubed
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 puff pastry, thawed
- 1 egg, beaten, optional
- 1/3 cup lemon aioli
- 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup arugula, chopped
- Lemon wedges
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a small bowl, combine the salmon, salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning.
Using a small knife, gently score a small 1/2 inch border along the edges of the thaws puff pastry. Poke holes all over the puff pastry with a fork. Brush the border of the puff pastry with egg, if using.
Spread lemon aioli over the puff pastry up to the border. Top with mozzarella, Italian seasoning, cherry tomatoes, and salmon.
Bake for 20-30 minutes, until golden.
Top with arugula and lemon juice.
