Jerk Salmon Tacos
These jerk salmon tacos are all about flavor, not the heat! Topped with crushed pineapple, crisp slaw, and a zesty chipotle sauce, they're a perfect balance of sweet and tangy.

Ingredients
- 1 pound salmon
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 2-3 tablespoons jerk seasoning
- 2 cups coleslaw
- 2 cups crushed pineapple
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- Chipotle sauce
- Lime wedges
- 8 small tortillas
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Season salmon with olive oil and jerk seasoning.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, until salmon reaches 145°F.
Top each tortilla with salmon, coleslaw, pineapple, onion, cilantro, chipotle sauce, and lime.
