This simple and delicious herb and chicken vodka sauce pasta uses just a few simple ingredients and is served with our favorite vodka sauce. Yum!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced crosswise

  • Salt, to taste

  • Pepper, to taste

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoons butter

  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary

  • 1 teaspoon thyme

  • Vodka sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.

  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, oregano, garlic powder, and soy sauce.

  3. In a medium pan, melt the butter. Add rosemary and thyme to the pan.

  4. Once butter starts bubbling, add chicken to the pan and cook through, about 10 minutes.

  5. Drain excess butter.

  6. Add pasta and your favorite vodka sauce. Stir to combine.
