Glazed Prosciutto Spinach Ricotta Flatbread
Who doesn’t love a flatbread, especially when it’s topped with ricotta? This glazed prosciutto spinach ricotta flatbread is topped with creamy ricotta and fresh spinach and can be a fun weeknight treat or a quick party favorite that is sure to be a winner at your dinner table.

Ingredients
18.5 ounces pizza dough
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon rosemary
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
1/2 cup marinara sauce
1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 ounces prosciutto
1/3 cup ricotta cheese
1 tablespoon onion, diced
1/2 cup spinach
Instructions
Allow pizza dough to rest and rise. It will be ready when it is about room temperature.
Preheat oven to 450 °F.
In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
Stretch the pizza dough to fit a baking sheet.
Brush the olive oil mixture over the dough.
Top with marinara sauce, followed by mozzarella cheese, prosciutto, ricotta cheese, onion, and spinach.
Bake until a spatula can be easily laid underneath the flatbread, about 10 minutes.
Let cool, slice, and serve.
