Glazed Prosciutto Spinach Ricotta Flatbread

Who doesn’t love a flatbread, especially when it’s topped with ricotta? This glazed prosciutto spinach ricotta flatbread is topped with creamy ricotta and fresh spinach and can be a fun weeknight treat or a quick party favorite that is sure to be a winner at your dinner table.

Ingredients

  • 18.5 ounces pizza dough

  • 4 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 teaspoon rosemary

  • Salt, to taste

  • Pepper, to taste

  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce

  • 1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 2 ounces prosciutto

  • 1/3 cup ricotta cheese

  • 1 tablespoon onion, diced

  • 1/2 cup spinach

Instructions

  1. Allow pizza dough to rest and rise. It will be ready when it is about room temperature.

  2. Preheat oven to 450 °F.

  3. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.

  4. Stretch the pizza dough to fit a baking sheet.

  5. Brush the olive oil mixture over the dough.

  6. Top with marinara sauce, followed by mozzarella cheese, prosciutto, ricotta cheese, onion, and spinach.

  7. Bake until a spatula can be easily laid underneath the flatbread, about 10 minutes.

  8. Let cool, slice, and serve.
