Creamy Egg Noodles and Meatballs
These creamy egg noodles and meatballs are made with flavor-packed homemade meatballs smothered in savory, saucy goodness and served over egg noodles. So yummy!

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs (I use Panko)
- 1 shallot, finely minced
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon salt, divided
- 1 tablespoon pepper, divided
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 8 ounces egg noodles
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup parsley, minced
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the beef, bread crumbs, shallot, egg, and half of both the salt and pepper. Mix until evenly combined.
Roll the meat mixture into golf ball sized meatballs.
In a large pan, heat the oil over medium high heat. Cook the meatballs for about one minute and then rotate them.
Add the broth, milk, and Worcestershire sauce and bring to a boil.
Add the egg noodles, stirring constantly until noodles are cooked to desired tenderness and sauce has reduced enough to evenly coat the noodles.
Remove from heat. Add Parmesan and parsley and stir until the Parmesan has melted.
