Shrimp Scampi with Angel Hair Pasta
This shrimp scampi is made with tender pan-seared shrimp in an incredibly delicious, yet insanely simple, garlicky bath of butter, olive oil, and splashes of white wine and lemon juice. What more could you ask for?

Ingredients
- 4 ounces angel hair pasta
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 pound shrimp, shelled and deveined
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 1/8 cup white wine
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Parsley, to garnish
Instructions
Cook pasta according to package directions.
In a medium pan, heat the oil and one tablespoon butter. Add garlic and stir fry until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add shrimp. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until shrimp starts to turn pink on one side. Stir and flip the shrimp.
Add wine and pepper flakes. Simmer until the wine has been reduced by half and shrimp is fully cooked.
Add the remaining butter, lemon juice, and parsley.
Serve over pasta.
