Curry Ramen Hack
Sometimes you just need something simple and comforting. Enter my curry ramen hack. Quick, easy, and hits the spot every time.

Ingredients
- 1 pack Shin Ramyun
- 1/2 tablespoon curry powder
- 1 egg, boiled
- Handful of spinach, blanched
- 1 scallion, sliced
- Chili crisp (optional)
Instructions
Bring about 1 1/2 cups of water to a boil. For a more brothy soup, use 2 cups.
Once boiling, add the soup base, vegetable flakes, and curry.
Add noodles and cook according to package directions.
Top with egg, spinach, scallions, and chili crisp. Enjoy!
