Curry Ramen

Sometimes you just need something simple and comforting. Enter my curry ramen hack. Quick, easy, and hits the spot every time.

PREP TIME: 5 MINS COOK TIME: 3 MINS TOTAL TIME: 8 MINS

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Shin Ramyun
  • 1/2 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1 egg, boiled
  • Handful of spinach, blanched
  • 1 scallion, sliced
  • Chili crisp (optional)

Instructions

  1. Bring about 1 1/2 cups of water to a boil. For a more brothy soup, use 2 cups.

  2. Once boiling, add the soup base, vegetable flakes, and curry.

  3. Add noodles and cook according to package directions.

  4. Top with egg, spinach, scallions, and chili crisp. Enjoy!
