Homemade Breakfast Sausage
This easy homemade breakfast sausage is full of flavor and comes together in minutes. Made with ground pork, garlic, marjoram, thyme, and just the right amount of salt and pepper, it’s perfect for meal prep or slow weekend mornings. No fillers, just flavor.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground pork
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons dried marjoram
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pepper
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients. Mix until combined.
Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape into small patties.
Heat a large pan over medium heat. Add the patties (in batches if needed) and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until browned and cooked through (internal temp should reach 160°F).
Serve with eggs, toast, or pancakes. Enjoy!
