Spicy Peanut Dumpling Ramen
Who knew adding a dollop of peanut butter to your broth could be so addictive? This spicy peanut dumpling ramen is savory, nutty, and just so, so good. You have to try it!

Ingredients
- 4 servings ramen
- 12 frozen dumplings
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-inch ginger, minced
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 2 tablespoons crunchy peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 5 cups chicken broth
- 1 lime, cut into 4 wedges
- Scallions, to garnish
Instructions
Cook ramen and dumplings according to package directions.
In a medium pot, heat the oil. Add garlic, ginger, cayenne pepper, paprika. Stir fry until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add pork. Cook until almost done.
Add peanut butter, soy sauce, vinegar. Mix well until smooth and bubbling.
Add chicken broth. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Divide noodles, dumplings, and broth into bowls. Garnish with scallions, spritz with lime juice, and enjoy!
