Chicken Vermicelli (Bun Ga Xao)

Ingredients
- 8 ounces vermicelli noodles
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 carrots, shredded
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 2 cups cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
Instructions
Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium heat, add sesame oil. Add onions and saute until tender, about 5 minutes. Add garlic and fry until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add carrots, chicken, and cabbage.
In a small bowl, combine chicken broth and cornstarch until smooth. Add to skillet. Add soy sauce and oyster sauce. Stir to combine.
Add noodles. Toss until evenly combined.
