Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken drumsticks
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2-3 tablespoons Thai red curry paste, depending on your spice preference
  • 3 teaspoons honey
  • 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Season the drumsticks with salt and pepper.

  2. Preheat oven to 425 °F and bake drumsticks for 30 minutes.

  3. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, curry paste, honey, soy sauce, lime juice, and salt.
