Peanut Butter Nutella Cookies

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (skip if using salted butter)
- 1/4 cup Nutella
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a medium bowl, combine the butter, peanut butter, sugars, egg and vanilla. Mix until combined.
Add the flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix until combined.
Roll into balls by hand.
Place on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake until edges are slightly browned, about 8-10 minutes.
Gently flatten the balls with a spoon, forming a slight indent in the center of each cookie.
Top each cookie with a small dollop of Nutella.
