Pesto Caprese Prosciutto Puff Pastry Tart
Bringing all my favorite summer flavors together in this Pesto Caprese Prosciutto Puff Pastry Tart! Fresh basil, juicy tomatoes, creamy mozzarella, and savory prosciutto all baked to golden perfection on a flaky puff pastry.

Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 1/3 cup pesto
- 6 ounces fresh mozzarella
- 1-2 beefsteak tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 2-3 slices prosciutto
- 1/4 cup basil, chopped
- 1/4 cup arugula, roughly chopped
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Balsamic glaze
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Place puff pastry on a baking sheet. Spread pesto on the puff pastry, leaving a 1-inch border. Top with mozzarella, tomatoes and prosciutto.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, until puff pastry is golden.
Remove from oven. Top with basil and arugula. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
