Easy Seafood Seasoning

Fresh seafood is the best and this easy basic seafood seasoning gives everything an extra kick! This seasoning mix leans on savory celery salt and an aromatic blend of garlic, ginger, paprika, and turmeric to start. It's great on any seafood - try it on fresh fish like salmon and halibut, or shellfish, like scallops and crab.

Chris's Beef Jerky

If there's one thing that Chris can't get enough of, it's beef jerky, so we got ourselves a smoker and have been trying out our hand at making jerky. After a few batches, we've finally figured it out so we're sharing our recipe here with all of you! This beef jerky is deliciously seasoned, savory, and absolutely well worth the wait. The perk is they're less expensive than store bought jerky (and taste better too!).

General Tso's Chicken

General Tso's Chicken is a popular Chinese takeout food choice that's made with fried chicken coated in a sweet and slightly spicy sauce. This classic crowd-pleaser was Chris's go-to dish for the longest time whenever we got Chinese takeout, so naturally, we had to try making it at home. Here's my version of the classic entree. It's not as hard as you'd think and it's so, so good!

Chris's Portable Grill Spicy BBQ Pork Chops

Yes, you read that right - Chris's Portable Grill Spicy BBQ Pork Chops. We got ourselves this nice little portable grill for those times when we're craving grilled foods but aren't at home. For dinner the other night, we were away from home and marinated these juicy pork chops with some things we found in the pantry and they came out perfectly grilled and absolutely tangy and delicious.
